Hotel Chevalier (2007)

This short movie (13 minutes), was filmed to be placed as a prequel to "The Darjeeling Limited" movie. A young man living in a hotel room in Paris, gets a visit by his ex-girl friend. This is it. The girl is Natalee Portman.

Southland Tales (2006)

The second film of the brilliant Richard Kelly, who made Donnie Darko. This one is even more unexplained and bizarre.. If after watching Donnie Darko for 3-4 times an intelligent person can somehow make his mind and get his own version of "What the fuck just happened in this movie", Southland Tales is much more complex. I don't think that watching this movie the second time will improve my understanding of things. Somewhere in IMDB i read a review of this movie which said that the best definition for this one, is just "Art" and i totally agree with this. The movie is some kind of many characters apocalyptic science fiction movie with many good actors, some of which we haven't seen a while on the screen. Kelly brings back to life those actors...which is a good thing and brings nostalgia to our hearts. Hard to write about the plot of the movie, which appears to be too complex even to remember it. I think that this movie is a must for those who like more interesting and original films ever.8 of 10 is my score here.

The Darjeeling Limited (2007)

I've seen this yesterday, just great!! The story is about 3 brothers that are traveling in India, mostly by a local train, trying to find their mother which they did not see for log time. Apparently, she is living in some kind of ashram and does not want to see her beloved sons. The atmosphere of this movie makes you want to grab a backpack and go to India :) The movie was made by the magnificent and not ordinary director Wes Anderson which i like very much. The movie has great soundtrack and great photographing.
